What’s up guys?
I hope you’ve all been well and are kicking ass and taking names in the gym! Something I’ve been doing myself lately is a more metabolic style workout while resuming my TRT. Yes, unfortunately the time has come to go back to cruising for a little while, so I always have to find new ways to stay motivated to train during these troubling times of just TRT.
Hopefully this may help some of you too, because what’s the point of being human again and laying off the gym?
