Q: I just started using Clenbuterol. For the first couple of days I took liquid Clen in 100mcg equivalent, which I seem to be fine on. So, someone suggested I take Taurine pills to balance me out and potassium to prevent cramping. I drank a lot of water with all of it, and I still got cramps last night like a mother! What am I doing wrong?
A: Well, first off, if you’ve never taken Clenbuterol, that’s a helluva lot! You say you’re fine on it, but fine in what sense? If you are awakening to cramps in your legs that would make a grown man cry, then you’re not doing fine, are you? It’s fine to take taurine and helps utilize the Clen and minimize sides. But, you also say you took potassium supplements too, yet you drank a TON of water with them, which probably flushed them out. Potassium can also have a mild to moderate diuretic effect on the body if you are unaccustomed to supplementing with it. Clenbuterol can be a dangerous drug, for several reasons: It can disrupt electrolyte balance, water balance, mineral balance, and create heart issues. Apparently you are not experiencing chest pains or feeling like you want to rob a convenience store, so that’s a good thing, but your body is NOT tolerating it on other levels. That’s what you have to sort out. Also, why start so high? Start with half of that and see if the cramps stay at bay. If they do, then after a time you can increase to 75mcg and then 100mcg if you can tolerate it. But don’t just jump to champ status with it in the first two days. The sides you get from that kind of leap just aren’t worth it. There are also other products, like Thermorexin and a couple of others that are good that don’t result in the sides.
