Let’s face it, bodybuilding is a game of mental strength as well as physical strength. The hard part is walking through life as time moves forward and keeping the strength to make the right choices when it comes to diet and training. I’ve found that oftentimes I had to continue to grow as a person in order to snap out of it and get the gym progress moving forward again!
